Combi Lift

Combi Lift currently operates 11 specialist Heavy Lift Vessels which have been joined by a series of 4 Combi Dock and 4 PK116 vessels with unique and advanced features.

The new Combi Dock vessels provide conventional heavy lift services with two combinable cranes to 700 tonnes and a third 200 tonnes capacity crane on each vessel with a minimum of DP1 (Dynamic Positioning 1). They differ from other vessels in the heavy lift field as they are semi submersible and capable of floating in and out Dredgers, Barges, Patrol craft, Catamarans and Submarines, simultaneously transporting dry cargo in water-tight compartments. They are specially suited for large equipment or modules being delivered to remote site locations otherwise inaccessible as well as regular ports. As a logical synergy to these submersible vessels, Combi Lift has acquired the Condock fleet to provide and enhance their capabilities.

The new PK116 or Palmerton class is more conventional, but still with substantial heavy lift capability combining 2 x 450 tonne cranes to lift up to 900 tonnes in tandem.
